A Poem I sent

This is my first poem for you,but i don't know how to start

I thought this one through, it's all from the heart

for some time I kinda like you

but now I don't love, but I adore you

for a long time I admired that childish smile

I treated you like a little sister for a little while

But ever since I heard you sing

My heart of winter turned to spring

Some of the lines I wrote, I admit it's pretty lame

But your eyes sparkle, they put the stars to shame

Forgive me if I am too Abrupt

But I would kill mocking birds if your sing will be interrupted

I hope you still Remember, I still owe you a selfie

Some time, someday or later maybe

After this will it be awkward or looking may be stiff?

will you appreciate this even without a gift?
