Day 238 of 366: Heavy

A sudden burst of sadness

Hits me all of a sudden

Like something inside was missing

And as if I am lacking something

Maybe it's my knee hurting again

Or the anxiety of going to another place

Either way I have to do things

Even with a heavy heart
