Between the spaces of our fingers
feels the cold wind breeze
it helps us hold things we require
in order to fulfill tasks
the void between our fingers
makes it all complete
but sometimes you can't help wonder
if those spaces will be fulfilled
or held onto by another hand
the spaces in between which are required
to do the tasks in this world
though it would be nice
if the world would stop
and someone fills in those gaps
for a moment in time
